Die Central Visayas, auch Region VII genannt, sind Teil der Visayas. Sie bestehen aus 4 Provinzen, Bohol, Cebu, Negros Oriental und Siquijor. Die regioalel Hauptstadt ist Cebu City. Cabilao liegt zwischen Cebu und Bohol und gehört zu Bohol.
Die Landfläche der Region beträgt 14852 km².
